IN HOME WELLNESS

ASSESS

Session 1:

​A wellness assessment is performed. It includes a review of each individual’s interests and wellness goals as well as a full body screening of posture, flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance. 

Session 2:

Based on the information gathered during the assessment, an individualized program will be developed. During this session, the client will be instructed in their personalized exercise program.

EXERCISE

REVIEW

Session 3:

The third session will be scheduled after the client has had a little time to try out the program on their own. It will be a chance to review the exercises and to have any questions answered.

MOVING FORWARD...

 

You may be confident and ready to exercise on your own. You might like to schedule another session after a month or two to reassess your progress and update your program. You may prefer regularly scheduled visits to help you stay on track.  Whatever works for you, I want you to succeed!
